 **Escalation of attacks:** 

 

There was reportedly a significant escalation in attacks when Russia attacked Kharkiv, Ukraine's second largest city, causing casualties. The attack, which authorities said involved a new type of guided bomb, killed at least one person and injured 19 others.. In addition, attacks escalated in other regions.
