Justin Bieber and Stars Honor Chris King Following Fatal Shooting"

 Justin Bieber and more stars are paying tribute to rapper Chris King who has died at the age of 32 after police confirmed the star was shot and killed in Nashville. Justin writes on his Instagram story, "Love you bro, this one hurts. Please keep his family in your prayers. See you in Paradise brother." King, who was the founder and CEO of Snotty Nose Records, once shared a photo and video with Justin back in 2023, writing in the caption, "Fun fact: I lived in my brother's crib for a full year and a half almost 10 years ago. Glad some people never changed, no matter what. All love forever extended family."




Rapper Trippy Red also paid tribute to the late musician with a series of pics, writing in the caption, "I am so hurt right now, I can't even think. I love you bro, come back. I can't catch a break," alongside a lot of heartbreak emojis. Machine Gun Kelly commented on the post, and Kiki Palmer also shared an old photo honoring King, writing in part, "I wish I had more photos, but it's actually perfect because this is exactly how it began. Can't believe I'm saying rest in peace, this is terrible. I really don't know what to say, I just want to share that I loved you and I remember all the City Walk Grove moments."




According to a press release from the Metro Nashville Police Department, King was shot and killed in an alleyway in Nashville while hanging out with friends. A 29-year-old friend was also shot but survived. The press release continues, stating that King was at the location with a group of friends when three men began interacting with the group. The 29-year-old victim reported that the group was hanging out cordially for some time before the three suspects attempted to rob his group of friends. It was then that he heard gunfire and realized he was struck. The victim and their other friends ran off in separate directions. The 29-year-old was located on Church Street and was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment. King was located in the parking garage of the Hay Street Hotel. He was transported to Vanderbilt where he died. No one else appeared to be struck by the gunfire.
